What are differences between trailer pump and transfer pump?
Trailer concrete pump is suitable for rural construction, high-rise, high-speed, overpass. S-valve concrete pump has closed system, good seal-ability, high pumping pressure, high pumping height. The concrete cylinder with large aperture has the longest effective stroke, which solves the problem that the mixing tractor pump can not absorb large aggregate.

Tips of operating concrete trailer pump
When start or stop pumping concrete, contact with front hose operator. The operator are forbidden to stand by pipe outlet, so as to avoid that a sudden spurt of concrete hurts person.
The pipeline should be fixed and padded. It is strictly forbidden to bend the hose in order to prevent the hose from exploding. When the pipeline is blocked and pumped after treatment, the end of the soft knot will swing rapidly, concrete may be sprayed instantaneously, and the staff should not be near the hose.
Never stand at the corner of the building, hold the end hose, the hose shaking or concrete spray, may lead to the danger of operator falling down.
Before pumping concrete, first pump clean water, check the pipe jams to ensure that the seal does not leak water, and then pump pipeline lubricants, generally using mortar, but also using cement slurry. When the mortar is poured into the hopper for pressing, when the mortar is about to be pressed, it can be poured into the concrete that meets the requirements for normal pressing. If there is blockage in the mortar pressing, the front section of the piping can be removed, the internal dehydration block can be taken out, and the piping can be connected properly, and the normal operation can be achieved.

How to clean the pump?
Concrete pumps are widely used in all kinds of construction, but long-term use has led to the emergence of difficult to clean up oil contamination on the parts of concrete towing pumps. The commonly used cleaning solution is organic solvent, alkaline solution and chemical cleaning solution. There are two cleaning methods: manual cleaning and mechanical cleaning. What measures should we take to clean it?
Ultrasound cleaning method. Ultrasound vibration in cleaning fluid and chemical effect of cleaning fluid work together to remove oil contamination.
Scrubbing method. Place oil contaminated parts in containers containing diesel, fuel or other cleaning fluids, scrub the parts with cotton yarn. This scrubbing method is simple to operate but low power, and only suitable for single or small batches of small accessories. Generally, it is not recommended to use gasoline, because gasoline is fat-soluble, which can damage people’s health and easily cause fire damage.
Vibrating cleaning method. The parts to be cleaned are placed on the cleaning rack of the vibration cleaner and immersed in the cleaning liquid. The artificial rinsing action is imitated by the vibration of the cleaner, and the oil stain on the parts is removed under the chemical effect of the cleaning liquid.
Boiling method. Put the solution and the parts in the cleaning pool together, then heat it to 80-90 ℃ with the stove under the cleaning pool, and boil it for 3-5 minutes.
Spray washing method. Spray the cleaning fluid at rated pressure and temperature onto the surface of the fittings. This method has good cleaning effect, but the equipment is more complex, only suitable for parts with less complex shape and serious surface grease scale.
