Principle of mixing function

The power of the engine is driven to rotate by the hydraulic motor of the hydraulic pump through the small transmission shaft, and the mixing barrel is driven to rotate by the reducer. During the transportation of concrete, it is necessary to keep the mixing tank rotating at a low speed of 1-3 revolutions per minute to ensure the homogeneity of concrete and prevent the segregation of concrete, which is called agitation (commonly known as mixing).

Principle of feeding material

When the mixer is loading concrete, the speed of mixing tank is faster, 6-10 revolutions per minute. Concrete enters the mixing tank through the loading system from the tube at the mouth of the tube, and flows to the middle and lower parts of the mixing tank under the guidance of the spiral blade. Note: The direction of rotation of the tank body should be consistent with the loading process, otherwise the concrete will be unloaded during the transportation process.

Principle of unloading material

When the mixer unloads, the engine transmits the power to the mixer tank through the force extractor, hydraulic pump, reducer, etc., which drives the tank to rotate at a speed of 3-14 rpm. Concrete moves towards the cylinder mouth under the action of the screw motion of blades, and is unloaded through the unloading hopper of the mixer. At this time, the rotation direction of the tank body is opposite to that of the feeding.

Pressure is applied to the water tank through the air storage cylinder of the braking system, and water flows through the pressure cleaning mixing tank system, loading and unloading system, etc.
