Stationary concrete mixing plant
The stationary plant adopts twin horizontal shaft mixer, which improves powerful mixing capability. The concrete plant has easy operation and accurate weight. Mobile concrete mixing plant

Components of ready mix concrete plant
Mixing console
It has two types, forced type concrete mixer and fall type concrete mixer. Forced type concrete mixer can stir liquidity, half harsh, harsh and other kinds of concrete.
Material weighing system
It is divided into three parts, aggregate weighing, powder weighing and liquid weighing.
Material conveying system
The system is mainly composed of aggregate transfer, powder conveying. The conveying has two ways, hopper conveyor and belt conveyor.
Material storage system
The aggregate is stacked open air, the powder fully is enclosed with steel silo storage; admixtures are stacked with steel structure container.
