High measuring accuracy. Measuring accuracy is decided by four aspects, aggregate, cement, water, admixtures. The measurement of aggregate is usually carried out by belt weighing, weighing bucket. Types of portable concrete mixer
Forced concrete mixer includes twin-shaft mixer (JS, JSS model), single horizontal shaft mixer (JDC model), vertical shaft mixer (JN model).
JSS type mixer is also called double screw concrete mixer. It adopts double spiral continuous blade, good mixing quality, high efficiency, low noise, low energy consumption, good sealing effect. It is ideal choice of large concrete batching plant.
JS type mixer has higher than that of JDC type mixer. JS type belongs to horizontal type, JN type belongs to vertical type.
For vertical shaft mixer, the stirring drum doesn’t move. It is forced to stir by the vanes on the rotating axis in the drum. The mixer has good quality and high production efficiency. The power consumption is large, the blade wears fast. It is generally suitable for mixing rigid concrete.
How does a concrete batch plant work?
Working process of concrete batching plant mainly includes four parts, aggregate feeding, powder feeding (fly ash, cement and expanding agent), water and admixture for mixing the materials, conveyance and storage.
Each silo and weighing hopper is tested according weighing system. Its control system will output the signal of the amount of material to prompt the operator to decide whether to start the control program or not.
The belt conveyor is initiated to transmit the aggregate to the weighing hoppers; the value of the fly ash and cement tank should be opened and the screw conveyor and motor initiated to transmit them into the weighing hopper.
The control value of the water sump and admixture sump needs to be opened to make water and admixture flow into the weighing hopper.
Once the weight of all material types meets the needs of specific amounts, the door of the weighing hopper is opened automatically.
The materials will be mixed by a concrete mixer. Once the setting time is over, the loading door of the concrete mixer opens and the concrete flows into a concrete mixer trucks.

How to operate concrete batching plant?
The operator should mater the basic knowledge related to concrete batching plant, the usefulness of each department and the function of each control components, mixing skill and operation process.
When there is any construction machinery equipment problems in the producing process, operator should repair it timely.
Carry out production procedures strict to ensure the concrete slump, prevent pump from plugging.
According to the concrete mixture ratio provided by the engineering department, operate the concrete plant strictly. Concrete grade input error must be forbid. On-duty person should check the input concrete mixture ratio first, then start the mixing procedure when the data is confirmed.
Take regular inspection of mixer, cement,aggregate to ensure measurement accuracy. Adjust the error in time, don’t delay the adjust for the reason of small error.
Timely examine the case of cement in the weighing hopper. For product mass, clean it up immediately, avoid cement measurement errors.
