Operation tips
The operator and relevant equipment management personnel shall carefully read the instructions for use, master the structure principle, relevant knowledge of use, maintain and pumping concrete. When using and operating the concrete pump, strictly follow the instructions for use.
The ground supporting the concrete pump shall be flat and solid. The whole machine shall be placed horizontally and shall not be tilted during operation. The support leg shall be able to support the whole machine stably and be locked or fixed reliably. The position of the pump shall not only facilitate the entrance and outlet of the concrete mixer truck and feed the material to the hopper, but also consider the convenience of pumping piping and reducing the pumping pressure loss. At the same time, it is required to be close to the pouring site, power supply and water supply is convenient.
Piping shall be carried out according to the construction site and the concrete pouring scheme. During the piping design, check whether the horizontal conversion distance of the pipeline is compatible with the pumping distance of the concrete pump. When piping, the length of pipeline shall be reduced as much as possible, and bends and hoses shall be reduced. The delivery pipe shall be laid to facilitate pipe cleaning, troubleshooting, disassemble and maintenance. When the new pipe and the old pipe are mixed, the new pipe shall be arranged at the place where the pumping pressure is large. During piping, the piping diagram shall be drawn, the specification and quantity of various pipe fittings, pipe clamps, bends and hoses shall be listed, and the list shall be provided.
When piping vertically, with the increase of height, the concrete has back-flow trend. A horizontal pipe should be set between concrete pump and vertical pipe, so as to prevent concrete back-flow with strong resistance.
