Types of Concrete Pump For Sale

There are two main types of concrete pumps provided by our group: concrete trailer pump and concrete mixer pump. These pumps can be used directly after arriving at your work site, without the need for installation.

1. Concrete trailer pump

Trailer pump has tires so that it can be towed to the job site by a tractor. The machine has relatively low operating costs, easy maintenance and low maintenance cost.

Features of trailer concrete pump:

  • With double pump and double circuit open hydraulic system, the main pump oil path and S valve swing oil path are independent of each other, making the system simple and reliable, and also easy to troubleshoot.
  • The advanced S-pipe distribution valve can automatically compensate the wear clearance and has good sealing performance.

Precautions for Using The Concrete Pump Machine

1. What is the function of the one-click repair button?

In normal work, the pump is reversing by the sensor. When the proximity switch is broken or the pipe is blocked, the machine cannot work properly and the concrete may condense in the pipeline. At this time, an emergency device can be used (the one-click repair button is pushed to the on position), which can ensure that the machine works normally until the cleaning is completed.

2. What should you pay attention to about the water tank?

  • There must be water in the water tank at work.
  • The water in the water tank must not be dirty.
  • The water level in the tank should not be too high, which should just pass the piston rod.

3. Maintenance precautions

  • There are two grease fittings that need to be filled daily with a grease gun.
  • There are large nuts that need to be tightened with a wrench everyday.
  • Hydraulic oil needs to be replaced every six months to one year.
  • The lithium base grease box – add #00 lithium base grease to the lithium base grease box; do not add dirty oil, otherwise it will block the filter; once the lithium base grease is lower than the filter element, it should be vented first, then refueled.
