Main Composition of Concrete Batching Plant
JS series compulsory concrete mixer has reasonable design, short mixing time, low energy consumption, low noise and long service life of the wearing parts. Both the stirring blade and the lining are made of wear-resistant materials, which are durable and easy to disassemble and replace. Material weighing system
It includes aggregate weighing, cement and fly ash weighing, water and additive weighing systems. Aggregate weighing and discharging are controlled by a control system to ensure accuracy. The cement weighing adopts a fully sealed device, and the weighing hopper weighs with 3 sensors. The weighing bucket door adopts a typical pneumatic butterfly valve to drive the door, which is very flexible and tightly sealed.
Material conveying system
It includes aggregate conveying, cement and fly ash conveying, water and additive conveying systems.
Aggregate conveying adopts belt conveying method, which offers large conveying distance, high efficiency and low failure rate.
The commonly used cement conveying method is screw conveyor. The soft connection between the discharge port and the measuring bucket does not affect the measuring accuracy. The gap between the spiral blade and the cylinder is small, thus increasing the transmission efficiency.
Material storage system
Aggregates are piled up in the open air, or stored in closed silos.
Cement and fly ash are stored in cement silos. The cement silo is provided with upper and lower material levels, and a dust removal device is provided on the top of the silo, which reduces the load pressure of the silo and prevents the dust from polluting the air. The arch breaking device is arranged in the cone, and combined with the pneumatic system and the control system, so the cement can be automatically arched in real time.
Control system has the characteristics of high degree of automation, advanced performance, and high reliability. With ergonomic design, the console is comfortable and easy to operate. According to the requirements of the user and the size of the concrete plant, the control system can be designed with different functions of configurations.
